Unfortunately, exchanges are applicable for incorrect / defective items received.

We're so sorry that this happened! Do e-mail returns@fridayeuphoria.com with your order number and photos of wrong item received and/or defects. All requests will be tended to within 2 - 3 working days. Any requests must be e-mailed to us within 7 days of receipt of order. Your wrong order must be mailed back to us and you will receive the right order in the mail! Refunds will only be issued if the right order is out of stock.

Refunds are only issued if the right order is out of stock at time of exchange request.
